Returns

We are purveyors of some of the finest loose-leaf teas and herbs available and stand behind our product 100%. Please note that as our products are agricultural in nature, a certain degree of lot and seasonal variability should be expected. We invite you to contact us directly with any questions or comments. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will issue a refund or replace it. Returns are accepted only for unopened merchandise.

All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. Only returns with an RMA number will be accepted. Credits and exchanges will not be issued for items returned without an RMA number. We are unable to cover the cost of shipping charges for returns unless an order error was made by our team. To process a return and to be able to issue a full refund or credit, returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in resalable  condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not in resaleable condition or not a result  of a company error.  Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of invoice date.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
